Hi Everyone,

My name is Rachel and I am a grade 12 student at a high school in Ontario, Canada.

As part of my “Individuals and Families in a Diverse Society” course, I chose to focus my independent study project on the diverse family experiences of transgender people. I have composed the following questionnaire as a means of collecting direct input from non cisgendered people about the unique challenges and experiences that they may face within their families. This is an anonymous questionnaire so you will not be required to disclose any names unless you wish to and your answers will not be shared with anyone other than myself and my teacher. You must be at least high school aged to complete this survey. If there are any questions that you feel uncomfortable answering, are unsure about how to answer or if the question doesn’t apply to you, simply place an “NA” in the space below the question.

If you are interested in filling out the questionnaire, please click on this link

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NwBohuaLA7C0DetWxCPjkHR0knO6KQzODK1aSIRAGTM/edit and then send your answers to me via email to: R_T_world@hotmail.com with the right number in front of each answer so I know which question to match it up with.
Thank you so much for helping me out!
